Enfield Brewery is not what you’d consider a “conventional” new brewery, especially not a new brewery in London, which are often cosy to say the least. Located a stones throw from the North Circular in Greater London, the highly-specified brewery occupies part of a major warehouse with the option to move into the remaining space, when necessary.

The Eley road facility houses a DME Brewing Solutions brewhouse complete with six FVs, supplied and installed by ABUK. It also runs a Moravek BC15 inline automatic Beer Carbonator with BF15 sterile beer filtration module and Moravek 12/12/1 beer filler tribloc with double pre evacuation. Enfield Brewery, which officially launched at the SIBA South East Regional competition in July 2016 where they picked up a silver award.  Not bad going for an operation run by a team of four.

Redemption Brewery LogoAt Imperial we are proud to promote local drinks producers as well as local retailers. One local company that we are really proud to distribute for is  the Redemption Brewery. Redemption produce a fantastic range of hand crafted high quality beers. All these beers are brewed within only a couple of miles of Imperial.

A fantastic amber ale. Easy drinking and perfect for a summer day.

Perhaps one of the best porters in London. This beer is full flavored and packed with flavours. Pares well with steak or mushrooms.

A fantastic pale ale with flowery notes. This beer is light and refreshing and will pear well with fish or chicken.

All three of these beers are available now at Imperial in our growing craft beer section.

We’re all used to seeing big stars in alcohol adverts on TV or on-line, but this is truly exciting. One of the most prominent and memorable stars of That 70s show and of countless Hollywood movies, Mila Kunis has just appeared in a new Jim Beam television advert.

Mila Kunis -- 'Jim Beam Bourbon' Ad

The advert is not any ordinary advert, it’s actually a short historic movie through time looking at the history of Jim Beam through the ages. If that doesn’t sound exciting enough then you should know, there advert has explosions and fires as well as fantastic costumes.

This advert could very well be for an historical time travelling action movie and you would be forgiven for thinking so. Take a look at the link below and let us know on our Facebook page what you think.

Brazil Beer

With literally thousands of beers to choose from it can some times be tough to decide. There are two main things to consider when choosing your beer. 1) Will everyone like it. The worst thing to do is pick a beer that only half of your friends will enjoy. It is likely that if this happens you won’t be hosting a world cup party ever again and that huge TV you bought in your living room would probably go to waste. 2) Does it go with the snacks and atmosphere. You don’t want to serve anything too heavy when watching sports as it will make everyone quite lethargic and could kill the atmosphere in any party.

To help, hear is my top five. I have tried to make the list up with beers that appeal to the widest audience as some of the niche beers are more difficult to decide on for larger groups.
